KU Student Housing

Please direct questions about campus housing during the conference to KU Professional & Continuing Education by email at ProfessionalPrograms@ku.edu. KU Housing is not able to answer inquiries about conference housing.
Campus housing will be located in Gertrude Sellards Pearson Hall (GSP), a half-mile walk from the Kansas Union and a short walk on a steep hill to downtown Lawrence.
Rates are as follows:
- Single occupancy: $38.00 per person per night
- Double occupancy: $27.00 per person per night
Sheets and towels are provided, but housekeeping service is not. Single and community baths are available on each floor. Rooms for women and men will generally be divided by dormitory wings or floors, but co-ed rooms and areas in the dormitory will also be available. Alcohol is strictly forbidden in the dormitories without exception for conference attendees regardless of age or status.
A room-mate matching service will begin roughly a month prior to the event for all who have registered for student housing during their conference registration. Staff will work to accommodate all roommate preferences and requests regardless of gender.
