Routes, Locations, and Fare
Lawrence Transit’s Routes 10 and 11 travel between downtown and the Kansas Union. Fare is $1 exact change per ride.
The downtown transit stop is located along Vermont Street, near its intersection with 7th, across from the Lawrence Public Library.
Buses delivering passengers to the Kansas Union from downtown are stopping in front of the Spencer Museum of Art on Mississippi Street. Buses taking passengers from the Union to downtown board on the same side of Mississippi Street as the Union, near the parking garage. Access Mississippi Street by exiting the Kansas Union on Level 1, facing the Spencer Museum of Art. If you are not sure if you have the correct bus, ask the driver.
Route 10 travels east/west. West travels from downtown to the Kansas Union. East travels from the Kansas Union to downtown.
Route 11 travels north/south. South travels from downtown to the Kansas Union. North travels from the Kansas Union to downtown.
During the conference, Route 11 will be on the “B” Schedule.
